  • All products listed on CocoKart are for personal use only.

  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or details are 100% error-free.

3. ORDERING & PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • In case of incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, delivery delays or failed deliveries are not our responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, fraudulent activity, or invalid details.


4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices shown on the website are final.

  • Payment methods available will be shown at checkout (UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, COD if enabled).

  • By providing your payment information, you authorize CocoKart or its payment gateway partners to charge the applicable amount.


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates and may vary.

  • CocoKart is not responsible for courier delays, weather issues, or operational issues from the courier partner.

  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled.


6. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of personal-care, wellness, and consumable products:

  • We currently do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Missing items

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photo proof.

  • Refunds only Provided when there is a Damaged or missing product delivered to the customer & it’s provided within 7–10 working days.


7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate address and contact details.

  • CocoKart is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.


8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • We may use third-party suppliers, shipping partners, and payment gateways.

  • CocoKart is not liable for errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party partners.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
